The people behind the numbers

Where It All Started

Harmoney was founded by Debbie Vogt in Wayland, Massachusetts in 2017. As a small business owner herself, she truly understands the daily challenges her clients face. Debbie believes that every business owner should be given the resources to fully understand their business through their finances and that building personal, lasting relationships with clients is the only way to fulfill a business’s highest potential. Through these beliefs she built a team at Harmoney that does just that, ensuring that Harmoney remains in tune with each client’s unique needs and can respond quickly to anything that comes up—whether it’s a sudden growth opportunity or an unexpected obstacle.

As the Director of Operations at Harmoney, she optimizes business processes and develops a cohesive team that works collaboratively to deliver exceptional results for clients. Amber fosters a supportive environment and a company culture where employees feel valued and motivated to achieve their best.

Through these ventures, she has honed her skills in business development, marketing, and customer relationship management, delivering outstanding service and achieving success in the cheerleading industry.

Outside of work, Amber loves nature and can often be found hiking, kayaking, or boating. She has a personal goal of visiting all U.S. national parks and has knocked out 9 so far. When she’s not out exploring, you can find her curled up with a good fantasy book or spending time with her family. Amber is a loving wife and mother of the best toddler in the world (at least, that’s how she sees it)!

Matt Surette

Chief Financial Officer

Matt earned his degree in Management Advisory Services—a unique dual major in Accounting and Computer Science—from Southern New Hampshire University. Before joining Harmoney, he built a diverse career, starting as an accountant and consultant for several public accounting firms. Later, he transitioned into the IT sector, where he spent over two decades implementing financial accounting systems for leading software companies.

In 2022, Matt decided to step away from the large corporate world and joined Harmoney, driven by a passion for business planning and supporting the company’s growth. He is eager to see the impact of his efforts as Harmoney continues to expand and thrive.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys camping adventures with his wife, restoring classic cars, and cheering on his favorite hockey team—go Bruins!

Tara Green-Tottas

Staff Accountant & GleamUP Admin

Tara is our resident number-crunching wizard and onboarding guru who lives for the thrill of reconciling everything. With a passion for small business accounting, Tara brings a detail-oriented approach to every ledger, making sure no decimal is ever out of place.

Whether Tara is guiding new clients through onboarding or tackling a tricky account, Tara combines expertise, passion, and a love for small business success in everything she does.

When not diving into financial statements, Tara can be found striking a yoga pose (or ten) as a certified yoga teacher. Tara also loves exploring the scenic hiking trails of the Berkshires in western Massachusetts, spending time with her family and spoiling her four-legged friends. Tara believes balance isn’t just for balance sheets—it’s also about finding the perfect downward dog.

Andy Urresta

Account Manager

Andrea Urresta, better known as Andy, has been crunching numbers and keeping finances in check since 2012. Armed with a degree in accounting and an eagle eye for detail, Andy is the bookkeeper you want in your corner. She’s not just about spreadsheets—she’s dedicated to building genuine relationships with her clients, knowing that bookkeeping is as much about trust as it is about numbers. She values getting to know her clients personally, fostering strong connections that promote rapport and collaboration.

Andy joined Harmony to work with a strong team because, let’s face it, doing everything solo is overrated. She’s all about teamwork and growing alongside others who share her passion for getting things done right.

When Andy isn’t balancing books, she’s busy balancing life as a full-time mom, which involves a lot of Disney songs on repeat and just the right amount of caffeine. Obsessed with all things Disney, she’s basically an honorary princess—minus the ball gown but definitely with the fairy dust. Adding a little magic to her life every day, her enthusiasm for both her work and personal life shines through in everything she does.

Tracy Wood

Account Manager

Tracy has 15 years of experience in both private and public accounting, having graduated from UMASS Dartmouth with an Accounting degree in 2007. She joined Harmoney after being inspired by the company’s core values, its focus on work-life balance, and its commitment to valuing employees and customers.

Tracy’s goal is to help business owners understand and grow their businesses by providing accurate financial data, allowing them to focus on what they love. She is also dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge and staying current with the ever-changing accounting landscape.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.

Ingrid Malloney

GleamUP Account Manager

Ingrid is a dedicated finance professional with extensive experience in client onboarding and catch-up accounting. She has a talent for simplifying complex accounting processes and making them more efficient. QBO-certified and with over 20 years of experience, Ingrid brings both expertise and a personal touch to her work.

She joined Harmoney to be part of a team that genuinely makes a difference for businesses. Harmoney’s mission to empower clients through financial clarity and streamlined processes aligns perfectly with Ingrid’s passion for helping others succeed. She is always eager to learn and grow, striving every day to be an even greater asset to her clients and team.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ingrid is a proud mother of three who enjoys camping and traveling. Her favorite way to unwind is sitting by the campfire with her family and friends.

Cindy Voorhees

Staff Accountant

Cindy has 18 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong background in office management, accounts payable/receivable, and a special knack for customer service. She attended Central Connecticut State University and obtained her bachelor’s degree in 2003. Cindy joined Harmoney after the company provided an opportunity for professional growth, and she has been continuously learning and developing ever since. She has set goals to obtain an Accounting Degree in the future.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys volunteering as a member of the local Elks Lodge and has a variety of hobbies, including crocheting, reading, writing, and listening to jazz. She especially enjoys spending time with her bulldog, Charlie.

Marshall Ottina

Staff Accountant

After more than a decade in the restaurant industry, Marshall obtained his Accounting degree from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017. He joined Harmoney in 2022, working with clients across a range of industries. He received his certification as a Non-Profit Accounting Professional in 2024, furthering his goal of one day running his own non-profit in the educational field.

When not creating amazing spreadsheets or crushing payroll entries, Marshall is usually playing games or listening to musicals with his wife, two sons, and rescue dog Ellie.

Liz Lopez

Staff Accountant

Liz brings over 10 years of experience in accounts reconciliation, payroll, financial statement preparation, and month-end closing. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Forensic Accounting, and is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Liz has worked across various industries and is passionate about furthering her education in management accounting as she works toward her goal of becoming a CFO.

Liz joined Harmoney because of the company’s strong ethical values and the opportunities for professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys quiet time, working on puzzles, and catching up on her favorite shows.

Thomas Creavin

Intern

Thomas is a current UMass Amherst accounting sophomore working towards a bachelor’s degree in 2027 and a master’s degree and CPA license in 2028. He joined Harmoney in 2021 after being offered by a lovely friend just down the street, Debbie Vogt, and came back for a part 2 in the summer of 2024 to get into more of the action. His career goals are to work in a Big 4 Accounting firm and develop all the jazz associated with the field.

In his spare time, he likes to play the clarinet and saxophone and runs the streets of Amherst like no one’s business. If you can’t find him there, he’s already spotted you from the top of his latest mountain climb.
